We are looking for someone local to the club to take on the voluntary role of our junior sections Fixture Secretary from the ages of U10’s through to the U18’s section, perhaps share the roll with another volunteer on a rota basis.

The role is rewarding and vital to the heart of the club, it isn't particularly time consuming once the ground work is set up, the job is for nine months of the year the key time to be free is Sunday evening to report all home results to the league by 6pm. Followed on the Monday/Tuesday evening sending out the fixtures for that week.

Requirements.

Ideally the candidate should be knowledgeable with excel/spreadsheets, and accessible via email. It is important that the Secretary understands fully the Rules of the League in terms of postponements.

Support will be offered from the start by our present Fixture Secretary whilst the transition takes place into the new season, all files that have been created by him will be passed over to the new candidate/s to further ease the role.
