Players are required to sign on for their respective teams the weekend of the 10th/11th September 2016.

All annual fees are listed on the form
Please note that annual fees increase if paid after19th September and the Club will be enforcing a strict NO PAY, NO PLAY policy this season
Payments can be made by Cheque, payable to "TFP", Credit or Debit card or cash at Meadow View Park.
All players are to complete a NEW signing on form for the current 2016/17 season
