WHAT WILL THE BOYS BE WORKING ON IN TRAINING?
Mark West - ‘A little bit of keep ball, fitness and trying to get a bit of confidence into them after last Saturday’.

OUR NEXT GAME WE HOST TOP OF THE TABLE SIDE PETERBOROUGH SPORTS, WHAT ARE YOU HOPING TO SEE FROM THE TEAM?
Mark West - ‘We need to be in the game at half time such as 0-0 or 1-0’

PETERBOROUGH HAVE WON ALL OF THEIR LAST 6 GAMES, SO WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO STOP THEM?
Mark West - ‘It is difficult and we need to defend better than we did last week. We know that offensively we have got to create chances and take the opportunities as you don’t get many against Peterborough. When it comes to defending we got to throw bodies in front of things and defend as a team’.

ARE THERE ANY PLAYERS WE NEED TO LOOK OUT FOR?
Mark West - ‘The whole teams good, and they are not top of the league by mistake’.

AFTER 24 GAMES, 41 POINTS IN THE BAG AND 5TH PLACE. HAS THIS MET YOUR TARGETS AND EXPECTATIONS?
Mark West - ‘Early on in the season when you look at how tough the league is if we had finished 5th or 6th from bottom we would have been happy. All of a sudden you have a little run, the boys start performing really well and all of a sudden are 4th or 5th place and talk of playoffs, but it is a bit early to talk about this for us. We have probably exceeded expectations at the moment’.

WHAT IS THE TEAM'S AIM FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS?
Mark West - ‘It would be lovely to stay where we are, there are probably 10 teams who are as good as eachother so we got to be better than the teams we are playing against and grind out results’.

ARE THERE ANY STANDOUT MOMENTS OR RESULTS FOR YOU THIS SEASON SO FAR?
Mark West - ‘The Corby away result, we were on a bad run and beat them 3-1 and played good football’.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR GREATEST MOMENT AS MANAGER AT THAME UNITED?
Mark West - ‘That is a tough one, but actually when we won the Hellenic Premier League on the last day of the season, to have belief and score 9 goals that was probably the one’.

WHAT WOULD THE TEAM NEED TO DO TO TOP THAT?
Mark West - ‘If we can actually get into the playoffs this year that would probably top everything cos that’s a steep one for for us’.
