Thame Rangers 5 Bicester 2
By Dave Ridgley
Bicester opened the scoring against the run of play from the penalty spot but Rangers were soon back in the game with a neat move and a great finish from Jordan Rogers. Then just around the 30 min mark new signing Dan McAteer hit an unstoppable 35 yarder into the top corner after a naughty foul on George Ashworth. The half finished with Rangers in the lead and with the upper hand in most if not all statistics.
The second half followed in a similar fashion to the first. Rangers made 9 changes on mass and went on to score 3 more through Patrick Buston, Jordan Davis and Scott Chappell. Bicester scored a second and the game finished 5-2 to Rangers.
