*** QUESTION TIME ***

What is your review on the season as a team and as a player?
DAVID –as a team I think we performed very well we had our ups and downs all season but as a whole I think it’s a season to be proud of unfortunately we just missed out on playoffs but we know where we need to improve on to guarantee our playoff spot or even automatic for next season. On a personal note I started the season not too great for various reasons on and off the pitch but from the Christmas period onwards my performances picked up and I enjoyed the back end of the season.

What were your feelings/emotions about winning Manager’s Player of the Year?
DAVID – it’s always nice to win an award come the end of the season and to win mangers player is not a bad one to win shows that they are very happy with the performances and work rate your putting in and that’s nice to know as through the season they don’t give too my away.

What will you be doing now the season is over?
DAVID – I’m not the fittest player at Thame as everybody knows hahah so I’ll have a week or 2 just to rest and then I’ll be trying to get a head start on the other boys! I will enjoy my weekends and time with my beautiful daughter and I also have a couple holidays to look forward too.

Can you give us three of your guilty pleasures?
DAVID - takeaways-fishing-pub

What are you looking forward to most ahead of the 2019/20 season?
DAVID- I always look forward to getting back to training and getting together with all the lads special Duran as he likes to give me a lot of stick and keeps me on my toes! Pre-season isn’t my favourite but I love the banter and the buzz when everyone gets back together. I also like to see the new faces that come in for pre-season.

What are your personal targets or team targets for 2019/20 season?
DAVID - personal I just want to get fit and get back to where I used to be a few years back I could do more than 2 overlaps a game back then hahah. As a team we have to be aiming higher than this season so playoffs or automatics are our team’s objectives but more importantly we have to be more consistent throughout the whole season

Any final comments for the fans and followers?
DAVID - for all you fans that come and support us on match days it’s appreciated massively by the club and by the players. For those that sit on the edge and follower the Facebook/Twitter page come down and support us we are a good bunch and want as many supporters as we can get as it helps more than you think. The facilities are top dollar and you won’t be disappointed
