Following on from the mascot competition recently. Leo had the honour of leading Thame United onto the field and was present with mum and dad.

What did you have to do win the mascot competition?
LEO –Name the duck. We called him Arthur.

Some would have noticed you wearing a Thame Youth kit, what team do you play for?
LEO – Thame Youth U9.

Is it true you got to meet the manager before the game? What did he say to you?
LEO - Yes I got to meet him, he said nice to meet you but I can’t remember the rest because I was nervous!

What was the best bit of the day?
LEO – Thame scoring a goal!

Have you seen the photos from the day?
LEO – Yes. I like the photo with the whole team the best.

What were your thoughts about the day and the game itself?
MUM/DAD - It was such a fantastic experience for Leo. A special day that he’ll remember for a long time!
