Kidlington pulled one back on 67 minutes when Peart placed his shot from distance passed the diving Hill.
Thame showed real determination and professionalism in the final twenty minutes with multiple important saves by Hill as well as challenges and blocked shots from the defence and midfield.
Thame did make the maximum allowed 3 changes from the bench bringing on Captain Sturgess as well as Mepham and Balogun. All 3 players played their part in this one.

We should mention that right before half time our right back Peake-Pijnen had to be carried off the field due to injury. Fingers crossed he is ok.
