ASM - ASM provides automotive services ranging from selling (recycled) car parts, to re-selling insurance write-off vehicles for repair via our online auction, to the buying and recycling of scrap/end-of-life vehicles (e.g. MOT failures). Last year we handled over 30,000 vehicles. Our main site is here in Thame, but we have other storage depots in Aylesbury, Kings Langley and Totternhoe.

How many years has ASM been the Club sponsor for Thame United? and what was the reason for joining us?

ASM - We have been the Club's original main sponsor since the new stadium went live in 2010. ASM's owners love football and one of their main business philosophies is to support and embrace the local communities in which we trade... hence the tie-up with Thame United was a perfect match!

What makes ASM different to other companies out there?

ASM - We genuinely do care - about our staff, our customers, our neighbours and also, the environment! Providing a quality service and a genuinely positive customer experience is what we strive to deliver when people choose ASM, and we are continuously re-evaluating our processes and procedures in order to try and achieve this. We are also very straightforward to deal with and will be the first to put our hands up if we've made a mistake.

What is the best thing about Thame United? and what has been ASM's biggest highlight as Club sponsor of Thame United?

ASM - The community is so fortunate to have a set up like Meadow View Park in their own back yard. It really is like the Wembley Stadium of grassroots football and we are just delighted to be associated with such an amazing facility that matches our own aspirations. The Club's Board and also the 1st Teams' management & players are really great people to work with - so much enthusiasm! The highlight has obviously been winning the Hellenic Premier League in 2016/17! Westie and the boys were magnificent.

There is a rumour in Town that there is a framed Thame United shirt in your reception in Thame, is this true?

ASM -100% true! We've just had a customised shirt done from the 2016/17 title season which has a gold star above the club badge (a la Champions League winners). You never know.......

How often do staff from ASM get to come and watch Thame United?

ASM - We've got quite a few regulars, but there's always room for more.

What are ASM's thoughts about the teams performance this season with the team currently 6th in the league?

ASM - They've done brilliantly so far this season! In all honesty we're probably punching above our weight a bit, so to still be sat within the play-off hunt at this stage is an unbelievable effort.
