There are 6 new teams that the Red Kites will be traveling to this campaign, Biggleswade Town, Hitchin Town and Marlow have been relegated from their respective step 3 leagues. London Lions and Milton Keynes Irish gained promotion from the Spartan South Midlands League. Rayners Lane have moved from the Isthmian League South Central Division
