Thame United FC is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Football Coach to join our expanding Junior Premier League (JPL) section. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about football and youth development, eager to make a real impact within our thriving club.
About the Role
• Lead and develop our talented young players in the JPL teams
• Deliver engaging and challenging training sessions in line with club philosophy
• Coach matchdays and support player progression both on and off the pitch
• Work closely with other coaching staff and club management
What We’re Looking For
• A positive, energetic approach and a genuine passion for coaching
• Experience working with youth players (preferably JPL or similar level)
• Minimum FA Level 2/ UEFA C
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate and act as a role model for young footballers
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
