Thame United travel to Milton Keynes, this Saturday to take on Milton Keynes Irish in the Pitching In Southern League Central Division One. This is the second time the two teams will have met competitively and the first time Thame have played in Milton Keynes.

MK Irish were promoted to step four from Spartan South Midlands Premier Division for the first time this season after a relatively short existence forming in 2020. They have made a really good start to life in the division currently sitting in tenth place and are in second place in the form guide, having won five of their last six games, Last time out they went down 1 - 0 away at Flackwell Heath, ending a run of five straight wins.

Meanwhile Thame got back to winning ways on Tuesday night after a surprising defeat away at Enfield FC on Saturday with a convincing 4 - 2 win over fellow play off contenders Hertford Town, to draw level on points with them in sixth place. When the two teams met at the ASM in November it was MK Irish who came away with a 2 - 1 victory with an 82nd minute after Thame had equalised.

Thame welcomed back Brayden Daniels to the ASM on Saturday for the remainder of the season after dual registration from Oxford City where he has made a number of appearances for them in the National League North this season.

In half mile turn left opposite Dobbies garden centre. The changing rooms are to the right of the building, entrance to turnstile through play park. Clubhouse entry is around the back of the building and up the stairs once through turnstile.
