Thame United have today completed the signing Juwon Akintunde the 6ft tall 28 year old striker joins the club from Pitching In Premier Division Central where he has made 12 appearances for Royston Town FC this season, Juwon started his career playing youth football at Queens Park Ranges and Brentford before embarking on a career in Non League football which included a spell playing in America at GPS Portland Phoenix. His clubs include Aylesbury, Harrow Borough, Chalfont St Peter, East Grinstead Town, Uxbridge, Northwood, Southall, and plied his trade in a number of step 3 teams in both the Southern League and Isthmian League.

Manager Ben Williams said “I am delighted to have Jowen join us, he’s an experienced striker who has played for me before. He has scored goals wherever he has played and he goes straight into the squad for tomorrow away trip to Kempston Rovers.”
