Football
The current restrictions mean football at all levels is suspended. At this stage it is unclear when football will be allowed to return but rest assured the moment the restrictions are lifted TFP will be ready to reopen. It is however becoming more & more likely that senior leagues may be declared null & void for the second time.

Finance
The board of TFP have taken the necessary steps to ensure that despite the massive reduction in trade we have experienced over the last six months the business still remains in a financially stable position.

AGM
The last time the club held an AGM was on the 17th October 2019. Our constitution states that an AGM should be held every calendar year & within fifteen months of the previous one. Due to Covid restrictions this has not been possible & therefore the board have proposed that the next AGM be held back until it is possible to meet face to face. If any member is unhappy with this we request they email admin@thamefootball.co.uk to inform us of their objection. If no objections are received within the next fourteen days the board will minute that the membership have agreed to this proposal

3G
Work on the new 3G continues at a pace & the contractors are still aiming for a completion date close to the end of March (weather permitting). Hopefully this will tie in with the return of football!

Further Ground Developments
On top of the 3G development we also hope to finally get the planning go ahead for the floodlights around pitch 4. Once planning is granted works will commence straight away. We are also in the process of obtaining grant funding to add an additional stand to the stadium pitch. This along with a retractable player tunnel will ensure we are able to maintain the ground grading required for Southern League football
