After our victory away to Kings Langley on Friday night, the team sits in eight place on 12 points, to context this it took the team until the end of the year last season to gain this many points.
We start off this month on Tuesday evening with a 19.45 kick off away to second in the league Flackwell Heath, who have won six out of seven fixtures and adapted well in their first season at step four.
On Saturday 5th October we are back in cup action as we travel to Isthmian South Central side Uxbridge FC in the third qualifying round of the FA Trophy. Our original league game against Livestock Green will be rearranged.
We then continue our travels with another away trip to another newly promoted team Real Bedford, who have made a good start to the season currently sitting in fifth place with five wins out of seven games played.
We then return to the ASM stadium on the 19 October when we play the return fixture against Ware, who were our opening day opponents coming away with a 3 - 2 victory.
There is another midweek fixture on the 22 October as the team travel to North Leigh for another game under the lights.Its been a tough start for North Leigh this season without a win in their first seven games and currently sitting second bottom.
The month ends with two home games, firstly on the 26 October we have 15.00 kick off at the ASM stadium against Hertford Town, who have not got off to great start considering their last season performance with no wins and only three draws from their opening seven games.
We then have a midweek home fixture under the lights to finish off the month when we welcome AFC Dunstable to the ASM stadium.
Midweek fixtures will kick off at 19.45 with Saturday fixtures at 15.00.
