This Saturday’s fixture is the first time, we have met Hitchin Town or the Canaries as they are referred to in a competitive fixture in recent years. After spending thirteen seasons in the Southern League Premier Central they lost their place and started this season in Central Division One.

Its also good news that our goals are being shared about with nine different goal scorers this season , with Jack Tutton opening his account on Tuesday, Lance Williams scoring for the second game running and Dan West scoring three goals in three games. The four goals we scored on Tuesday now moves us up to fifth spot on goals scored so this clash will be one with one of the best defences against one of the best attacks.
