The Thame Festival of Football saw both Thame U12 & U15 Girls bring home the winning trophies.

Sunday 11th June U15 Girls Blue team dominated the day from the first game to the final, seeing off all their local rivals with pace, power and skill. Every member of the team either had a chance to score or did score, even our right back scored 2 goals

With only conceding one goal throughout the day Thame blue team finished clear winners, the semi final would see them beat Moretonville A team then meet the Moretonville B team in the final of which was getting close to being played under floodlights!!
0-0 on the whistle, then into extra time Thame started well, 2 minutes in they powered home the goal to see them crowned winners of the Thame festival of football for the 2nd year running - a fitting end to the ‘2017' season, after also being crowned the Beds & Bucks Division 2 League Champions.
